RedEagle is a 3D first/ third person shooter which takes place in the future when combat is fought in giant robot warriors. You use an assortment of machine guns, bombs, and other weapons to destroy your enemies. Players can choose between a single player mode and a networked multiplayer mode. The single player mode consists of several levels, each taking place on a different planet with terrain varying from desert to arctic. The multiplayer mode features action-packed real-time 3D gameplay with several assorted weapons to aid in destroying your enemy's robot.

RedEagle is available only for Macintosh Classic, due to various problems encountered with the OS X version (you can still play RedEagle if you have OS X; you just have to play inside the Classic environment). The system requirements: A PowerPC with a minimum of 10 MB of RAM (50 MB preferred) available and 8.8 MB of free hard drive space, and a color monitor with a screen resolution of at least 800X600. In addition, you must have either Quesa or QuickDraw 3D installed. QuickDraw 3D is recommended over Quesa, due to some color and camera problems which have been experienced when using Quesa.
